By Phone - During Shop Hours, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
By Mail - Personal Checks take three weeks to clear the bank before your package will be shipped. Money Orders and Cashier Checks do not delay the shipping schedule.

Shipping

Purchases ship within 7 days of receipt of order. Please advise of any specific deadlines via e-mail - we will attempt to meet all scheduling needs. We ship U.S. Mail Insured, therefore the package will be delivered directly to your door/mailbox as size allows. As an example, we can ship approx. 20 pieces of boxed jewelry and still be at the minimum shipping charge of $7.50 - $8.00.

All shipping costs are based upon the chart below, which includes all postage, insurance, and handling cost for an order. Please note that under extreme circumstances we may contact you to adjust the shipping cost.

At this time, Gift Certificates can only be purchase and redeemed at the Harvest shop.


Order Cancellation

If for any reason, you would like cancel a purchase, please contact our staff to initiate the cancellation process. In the event that the transfer of funds has been completed, a refund will be issued for the amount of the purchase less any transaction fees charged by your credit card/bank card company. Please note that all refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are completely contingent upon the credit card/bank card companies policies. If a refund is necessary, your funds will be transfer back into your account in a timely manor; however, please expect some delay for our company to issue the refund and your credit card/bank card company to accept the refunded transaction.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the purchase item within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund. To return or exhange and item, please call first for an authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Damage claims must be make within 14 days of shipping date. If you recieved a damaged item, please save all packageing, including shipping box, and call us for further instructions. Customized or personalized merchandise that has had any alterations, by us, for you, is not returnable. Any item returned that is not in saleable condition (at our sole discretion) may be subject to a minimum $20.00 restocking fee. When you return an item, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice in the box. Also, don't forget to insure the item for its full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please put the return authorization number, printed clearly, on the outside of the package. Packages without and authorization number will not be accepted.
